Creamy Broccoli & Penne Pasta
Broccoli and pasta dish prepared with cream cheese.
penne pasta (uncooked)
1 1/2 cups
light cream cheese
Molly McButter® Natural Butter Flavor Sprinkles
sundried tomato strips (well drained)
Cook pasta, adding broccoli during last 2 minutes of cooking, drain. Combine cream cheese, Molly McButter® and milk in saucepan. Heat and stir with wire whisk until smooth. Stir in cooked pasta and broccoli and stir to combine. Add sundried tomatoes and toss. Sprinkle with black pepper.
