Fruity Couscous

Couscous with dried fruits and nuts.

  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 Tbsp. Molly McButter® Natural Butter Flavor Sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup dried whole wheat couscous
  • 1 tsp. Mrs. Dash® Original Blend
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots (cut into small pieces)
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds (toasted)


In a small saucepan, add water and Molly McButter®, bring to a boil. Turn off heat and stir in couscous and Mrs. Dash® Original Blend, cover and let stand for 15 minutes. Remove cover, toss with a fork, add apricots, cranberries and slivered almonds. Serve warm or at room temperature.
