Lean & Cheesy Brunch Potatoes

Brunch dish made with potatoes, onions and cheese.

  • 1 lb. potatoes
  • 1/3 cup onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup green and red pepper (chopped)
  • 3 Tbsp. Molly McButter® Natural Cheese Flavor Sprinkles
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
  • vegetable oil cooking spray


Peel potatoes and cut into 1/2' (1.25cm) cubes. Spray a medium skillet with oil spray, sauté potatoes and onions until lightly browned, about 10 minutes. Add water, cover and cook for 5 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir in peppers and continue cooking for a few minutes. Stir in Molly McButter® and parsley. Toss well, serve hot.
