Lemon Shrimp Scampi

This scampi is easy and delicious, with a great lemon taste.

  • 1 cup long grain rice
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. garlic (minced)
  • 3/4 lb. large shrimp (cleaned)
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
  • 2 Tbsp. Molly McButter® Natural Butter Flavor Sprinkles
  • parsley (chopped; for garnish)
  • lemon slices (for garnish)


Prepare rice according to package directions. Heat oil in non-stick skillet. Saute garlic 1-2 minutes until soft - do not brown. Add in shrimp and cook 1 minute. Add in broth, lemon juice, Mrs. Dash® and Molly McButter®, increase heat and boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir into cooked rice. Garnish with parsley and lemon slices if desired.
